2023 (SENIOR): Competed in all six meets during the 2023 season... earned first team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors placing second at the OVC Championships as EIU won its second straight OVC Championship... ran a 6K championship time of 21:11.85 which was best 6K time of the season and ranked second on the EIU all-time list... opened year with a win in the EIU Walt Crawford Open earning OVC Runner of the Week honors... season best 5K was 18:04.6 at the Louisville Classic... placed 70th at the NCAA Regional with a 6K time of 22:02.4... OVC Academic Medal of Honor...

2022 (JUNIOR): Competed in all six meets during the 2022 season... earned first team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors placing third at the OVC Championships as EIU won the OVC team championship... ran a 6K championship time of 21:58.1 which was best 6K time of the season... posted best 5K time of the season of 18:37.7 at the Louisville Classic... placed 137th at the NCAA Regional with a 6K time of 22:14.4... Academic All-District as selected by College Sports Communicators (formerly CoSIDA)... 2021 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in five meets during the season missing the Indiana State McNichols Invite due to injury... season best 5K time was 18:52.2 at the Louisville Classic... finished 21st at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships with a 5K time of 19:12.0... placed 155th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 6K time of 23:03.53... OVC Academic Medal of Honor... 

2020 (FRESHMAN): Competed in two of three meets during the 2020 season which was contested in spring of 2021... earned second team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors with an 11th place finish at the OVC Championships... posted a 5K time of 20:02.0 at the OVC meet helping team place third... was fifth at the EIU Spring Open with a season best 5K time of 18:56.8... OVC Academic Medal of Honor

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed at Crystal Lake South HS advancing to the IHSA Class 2A State Championships as both a junior and senior... during senior season placed 29th at the state meet with a 3-mile finals time of 18:03.6 which helped school finish sixth in the state... was the first-place finisher at the Kaneland Regional with a winning time of 18:14.1...  as a junior placed 19th at the state meet with a time of 17:52.9...  season best 3-mile time was at the Peoria Invitational with a mark of 17:25.8...  competed in the 1,600 meter and 3,200 meter distances for track.
