2016: Competed in six meets during the 2016 season... placed ninth at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships to earn second team All-OVC honors with a time of 17:38.3 which was season best 5K time and ranks fourth on EIU career list... season best finish was second at EIU Walt Crawford... had two 5K times sub-18 minutes on the year... set school record in the 6K distance at the Bradley "Pink" Classic with a time of 21:24.3... was Panthers top finisher at the NCAA Midwest Reginoal placing 65th with a 6K time of 21:31.8...
2015: Competed in six meets during the 2015 season... season best 5K time was 18:44.9 at the OVC Championships placing 31st... was 149th at the NCAA Regional with a 6K time of 22:45.9... season best 6K was 22:18.3 at the Bradley Pink Classic... opened season with a 12th place finish in the EIU Walt Crawford Meet... 
2014: Competed in four meets during the 2014 season... season best 5K time was 19:18.58 at the Illini Open... season best finish was 24th at the both the EIU Walt Crawford and Bradley Intercollegiate... 
2013: Competed in all six meets during the 2013 season... placed 48th at the OVC Championships and 163rd at the NCAA Midwest Regional... season best time was 18:54 at the Illinois State Invite... best finish was 18th at the EIU Walt Crawford...

2016: Competed in indoor and outdoor track... Indoor - competed in six meets during the 2016 indoor season... ran the mile, 3K and 5K... season best mile was 5:20.04 at the EIU Early Bird... season best 3K was 10:24.30 at the EIU Friday Night... season best 5K was 18:46.03 at the Grand Valley Big Meet... Outdoor - competed in seven meets during the outdoor season... first team All-OVC winning the steeplechase at the OVC Outdoor Championship... won OVC meet with a season best time steeplechase time of 10:49.66, time ranks fourth on EIU career list... added points as part of the OVC Outdoor Championship squad in the 5K... named OVC Track Athlete of the Week on May 4 for steeplechase performance at the Drake Relays placing 11th... season best 1500m time was 4:46.13 at the EIU Twilight... season best 5K time was 17:36.92 at the Illini Twilight... 
2015: Competed in 2015 outdoor track, redshirted 2015 indoor season... Outdoor - during outdoor season ran the 1500m, steeplechase and 5K... season best steeplechase was 11:08.05 at the EIU Big Blue which ranked sixth on the EIU career list... season best 1500m was 4:47.52 at the EIU Twilight... season best 5K was 17:47.01 at the Illini Twilight... 
2014: Competed in 2014 indoor and outdoor track seasons... Indoor - during indoor season competed in four different events.. ran the 3K and 5K at the OVC Indoor Championships... best 3K time was 10:29.46 at the Northern Iowa Invite... best 5K time was 18:11.12 at the Grand Valley Big Meet... Outdoor - during the outdoor season ran the steeplechase and 5K... best steeplechase time was 11:16.66 at the OVC Championships, time ranked seventh on the EIU career list... best 5K time was 18:11.98 at the EIU Big Blue... 
HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in cross country and track at Lake Park HS... advanced to the IHSA Class 3A State Cross Country Championships as a senior placing 80th with a championship time of 17:58...  in track ended career placing eighth at the York 3A Sectional in the 3,200m run.
