2019 (RS-FRESHMAN): Competed in only the season opening EIU Walt Crawford meet finishing 20th with a 5K time of 20:38.8... 

2018 (FRESHMAN): Did not compete in any meets during the 2018 season using redshirt year...

INDOOR: Competed in five meets during the indoor season... scored points at the Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Championship in the indoor mile and as a member of the DMR... helped Distance Medley Relay team win bronze medal with a championship time of 11:58.89, time ranked ninth on EIU record book list... placed seventh in the mile at the OVC Championship... season best indoor mile time was 5:06.61 at the Grand Valley Big Meet... OUTDOOR: Competed in five meets during the outdoor season... competed in 800 meter and 1,500 meter runs at the OVC Outdoor Championship scoring points with a fifth place finish in the 1,500 meter... had season best 800 meter time at the OVC Championship with a time of 2:14.78... season best 1,500 meter time was 4:39.56 at the Clark Wood Open... season best 5,000 meter time was 18:17.40 at the EIU Big Blue... OVC Academic Medal of Honor...

2019: Competed in indoor and outdoor track during the 2019 season... INDOOR - Competed in five meets during the indoor season... ran the 800m and indoor mile... season best 800m time was 2:29.93 at the Iowa Black & Gold... season best mile time was 5:24.10 at the Grand Valley Big Meet... OUTDOOR - Competed in five meets during the outdoor season... ran the 800m and 1,500m events... season best 800m time was 2:26.29 at the Louisville Lyles/Wood... season best 1,500m time was 5:11.30 at the SIU Bill Cornell... 

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed four seasons at St. Joseph-Ogden HS… posted a personal best 3K time of 18.29.1 as a senior running at the St. Joseph-Ogden Spartan Classic… as a junior advanced to the IHSA Class 1A State Championships finishing 33rd with a time of 18:33 helping school win IHSA Class 1A State Championship… finished eighth at the Tuscola 1A Regional and 16th at the Saint Anthony Sectional during junior season… as a freshman placed 29th at the Champaign St. Thomas More Regional… in track has advanced to the IHSA Class 1A State Championships during freshman, sophomore and junior seasons as a member of 4x800 relay team… as a junior advanced to the IHSA State Championships in the 800 meter run posting a time of 2:29.29 at the championship meet… completed prep career as part of the IHSA Class 1A State Championship team from St. Joseph-Ogden appearing in two events at the state finals...  ran the anchor leg on the 4x800 relay team that won bronze with a time of 9:51.85...
