2023 (SENIOR): Competed in all six meets during the 2023 season... earned first team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors placing fifth at the OVC Championships with a 6K time of 21:36.08...helped EIU win second straight OVC team championship with 11th best 6K time in school history at meet... was 85th at the NCAA Regional with a 6K time of 22:16.1... added a top ten finish at the season opening EIU Walt Crawford and a top 30 finish at the ISU Redbird Invite... season best 5K time was 18:35.9 at the Louisville Classic... 

2022 (JUNIOR): Competed in all six meets during the 2022 season... earned second team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors placing eighth at the OVC Championships with a 6K time of 22:29.9... helped EIU win OVC team championship... placed 145th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 6K time of 22:21.2... season best 5K time was 18:24.8 at the Louisville Classic... season best 6K time was 21:56.5 at the Bradley Pink Classic... 

2021 (RS-SOPHOMORE): Competed in two meets during the 2021 season... ran in the Indiana State McNichols Invite posting a 5K time of 21:58.9... competed in the Bradley Pink Classic running a 6K time of 25:21.6 running in the white race... 

2020 (SOPHOMORE): Did not compete in any meets during 2020 season that was ran during the spring of 2021... used redshirt season... 

2019 (FRESHMAN): Competed in five meets during the 2019 season... season best finish was tenth at the season opening EIU Walt Crawford... posted a season best 5K time of 19:01.4 at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships to place 28th... posted a season best 6K time at the Bradley Pink Classic with a finish of 22:56...

INDOOR: Competed in four meets during the indoor season... earned second team All-OVC as a member of the DMR squad at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships after finishing second with a time of 12:07.68... season best mile time was 4:56.91 at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships... season best 800 meter time was 2:20.20 at the IUPUI Invite... season best 3,000 meter time was 10:06.11 at the EIU John Craft Invite... OUTDOOR... Competed in four meets during the outdoor season... scored points in the OVC Championship with a second place finish in the 1,500 meter race with a time of 4:34.06 earning second team All-OVC honors...  season best 5,000 meter time was 17:57.49 at the Eastern Illinois Big Blue... 

2023: Competed in indoor and outdoor track during the 2023 season... INDOOR: Competed in five meets during the indoor season... scored points in three events at the Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Championships... was a member of the bronze medal winning DMR team that had a time of 11:58.89, time ranked ninth on EIU record book list... was sixth in both the indoor mile and 3,000 meter run... season best 3K time was 9:53.62 with a second place finish at the Grand Valley Big Meet, time ranked fifth on the EIU record book list... season best indoor mile time was 4:55.96 at the PNC Lenny Lyles, time ranked ninth on the EIU record book list... OUTDOOR: Competed in five meets during the outdoor season... scored points at the OVC Outdoor Championships in the 1,500 meter and 5,000 meter events... was the bronze medalist in the 1,500 meter run with a finals time of 4:32.76, time ranked ninth on the EIU record book list... finished fifth at the OVC Championships in the 5,000 meter run... season best 5,000 meter time was 17:03.42 at the Bryan Clay Invite, time ranked second on the EIU record book list... 

2022: Competed in indoor and outdoor track during the 2022 season... 2021:  Competed only during outdoor track season during 2021... INDOOR: Did not compete in any meets during the indoor season... OUTDOOR: Competed in one meet during the outdoor season throwing the javelin at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships... javelin throw was 93'09" during the OVC meet... 

2020: Competed in indoor track during the 2020 season... outdoor season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic... INDOOR: Competed in five meets during the indoor season... ran the indoor mile and 3,000m events... season best indoor mile time was 5:11.59 at the Grand Valley Big Meet... season best 3,000m time was 10;44.0 at the Illini Invite... 

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country and track at Effingham St. Anthony HS... advanced to the IHSA Class 1A State Track Meet in the 800 meters and 4x800 meter relay...  would place 11th in the state finals in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:26.39...  was a two-event state qualifier in track as a junior competing at the IHSA meet in the 800 meter and 1,600 meter events... in cross country qualified for the IHSA State Cross Country Championship during junior season placing 76th at the state championship with a 3-mile time of 19:24...  top time during senior season was 18:38.9...  was 9th at the Robinson Regional and 44th at the Decatur St. Teresa Sectional...
