EIU: Competed in 2010 indoor and outdoor track... ran second leg on two 4x400 relay teams that rank 3rd and 4th on EIU career list for indoor... ran 60 hurdles and 400m during indoor season... best 60 hurdle time of 8.97 came at EIU Friday Night and ranks 8th on EIU career list... ran 58.46 in 400m at Iowa State which ranks 9th on EIU career list... ran 100 hurdles and 400 hurdles in outdoor season... named OVC Athlete of the Week once... first team All-OVC in 400 hurdles winning event at outdoor OVC Championships... top 400 hurdle time was 1:01.90 at Vanderbilt Invite which ranks 2nd on EIU career list... competed primarily in 60m hurdles during 2009 indoor season with a season best time of 9.21 coming at the EIU Friday Night Special... returned to form during 2009 outdoor season running the 100m hurdles and 400m hurdles... set PR in 100m hurdles at OVC championships with 14.44 ranking 6th on EIU career list... season best in 400m hurdles was 1:03.98 at Memphis Invite... placed 5th at OVC Championships in 400m hurdles... suffered injury late during 2008 indoor season after setting personal best in 60m hurdles with a time of 9.18, which did rank 10th on EIU career list… top 200m time was 26.68 at Illinois Invite… medical redshirt during 2008 outdoor season... also competed in 200m 400m and 600m dash... ran the 100m and 400m hurdles during outdoor season scoring points for EIU in both events at 2007 OVC Outdoor championships... personal record of 14.79 in 100 hurdles set at Vanderbilt ranks tied for 7th on EIU career list... ranks 9th on EIU list in 400 hurdles with time of 1:03.55 set at OVC Championships... 

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Lockport High earning varsity letters in track and basketball… four-time All-State in 100m hurdles, 300m hurdles, 4x200 and 4x400 relays… set high school record for 55m hurdles, 100m hurdles… 300m hurdles, 4x200, 4x400, 400m indoors and 800m Medley… fifth at state championships in 300m as a junior and senior… eighth in state championships in 800m Medley as a senior… team captain… All-SICA West Conference… team won SICA West Conference.
