2008: Kylie participated in seven games on the season, recording a season-high six tackles versus Kansas... earned her first career five-poing try in the Panthers’ huge win against Colorado, running over 20-yards in the process... had two assisted stops versus the Buffaloes as well....
HS: At Pana HS, she was a multi-sport letterwinner, including golf (4), track (3), softball (1), cheerleading (1)... earned All-Area in golf and Female Track Athlete of the Year honors as a senior... golf and track team captain... her track squad earned conference and sectional championships, while her golf team became first team to win a regional title... elected class treasurer and earned most musical senior and multiple scholar-athlete awards....
PERSONAL: Majoring in athletic training....
FUN FACTS: Came to EIU “because I like the school and get to play rugby”... her dogs, a lab and English mastiff, are named Turk and Gus....
COACH GRAZIANO SAYS: “Kylie has the ability to play in the forwards or backs and had excellent performances in several positions this season... she has deceptive speed and excellent strength for a freshman and became a very confident tackler as the season progressed... her 2009 season looks promising as she settles into a position during the off-season and should produce big results in the fall.”
