Biography
COACH BOS SAYS: “Emily is the most versatile swimmer on the team... she is strong in both breaststroke events as well as the individual medley races... plus can also swim distance freestyle... will see action in a multitude of events this year”....
2007-08: Competed in all 13 meets... finished in the top-five an amazing 29 times in either individual and/or relay events... earned season high best times in both breast events at the league championship... touched the wall first in the 500-Free versus Evansville....
2006-07: Emily left her mark in the distance events, breastroke, and even the IM events... at the Panther Invite she captured fifth place finishes in both the 400-IM and 1,650-Free... she also helped EIU at the league meet by earning a 12th place finish in the 100-Breast and a 14th place in the 1,650-Free....
PREP: Competed in swimming, cross country and track & field while at Carmi-White County HS....
PERSONAL: Elementary education major... daughter of Ron & Martha Immel.
