Biography
One of the team captains, Jen enters her senior year as strong as ever in the butterfly events, specifically the 100 and 200 events... she captured fourth place at the Panther Invite in the 100-Fly, while placing sixth and tenth place in the 100 and 200-Fly races at league meet... placed in the top-five 16 times last year... daughter of Jim and Nancy Beresheim... lists ice cream and coconut as two of her favorite foods... but hates to eat anything with mustard... can’t decide whether Chicago or Baltimore are her favorite big cities... currently cruises around in a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am... she would love to switch places with Victoria Beckham for just one day... enjoys watching former EIU athlete Tony Romo perform... has a unknown talent of being able to overbend her elbows... best advice she’d give a young athlete would be "stay away from drama."
