2008-09: Finished with another fine season, competing in both the 50 and 200-Free, three Back events and the 100-Fly and 200-IM... set new season bests in the 50, 100 and 200-Back and 200-IM races... ironically, she broke the school-record in the 100-Back twice at the Summit League meet, first in the prelims and then again in the finals, finishing with a best 59.04 time... a highlight of the conference weekend was swimming the first leg of the 400-Medley Relay, which set a new school record... while also shattering another school mark, this time in the 200-Medley Relay, also in the opening leg.... thanks to a nice season, she obviously finished with five top three times on the year, including the best result of all Panthers in the 50-Back, 100-Back, 200-Back, and 200-IM.... 

2007-08: Had an outstanding 48 top-five finishes her sophomore year... including 22 first place wins in either individual and/or relay events... besides breaking the school record in 200-Back at league meet, she also set a season best time in the 100-Back for fourth place... 

2006-07: Had a slow start due to a knee injury... her speed earned her a seventh place finish in the 100-Back and tenth place in 200-Back.... 

PREP: Swam for coach Ferk at Lockport HS where she was a four-year varsity team member... she broke several school records and earned a trip to the state finals... voted team captain her senior year.... 

PERSONAL: Communications major... daughter of Tom & Robin Nilsen.
