Biography
PREP: While at Prospect HS she was four year member of both her swimming and water polo squad... she set a 200-Free mark three times... named varsity team captain... member of the 2005 Conference 200-Free Relay squad... water polo team earned Sectional honors... her polo squad were MSL East champs from 2005-07, while also a member of the MSL East champion swim squad in 2005-06, and 2008.... member of the Alligator Aquatics swim club... highlight of her career was “winning conference my freshman year of high school in the 200-Free Relay”... her high school coach, Dick Mortensen, has been the biggest influence on her sports career, “because he always pushed me to be better in both swimming and water polo”... while she also admires her club coach, Mary Ruffin, “because she has a very successful career and has helped many swimmers become successful”....
PERSONAL: Planning on majoring in psychology... daughter of Tom & Patti Nordyke.
