EIU: Joined the Eastern Illinois team as a walk-on in fall of 2007....
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Plainfield Central HS earning varsity letters in soccer and tennis... team MVP in soccer setting school record for shutouts in a season as a goal keeper... helped team win back-to-back conference championships... two-time All-Conference in tennis... sectional champions in 2004... also a state qualifier in 2004... named District Female Athlete of the Year in 2005... four-time Punt, Pass & Kick state champion, ranking third in the nation in 2001....
PERSONAL: Majoring in recreation administration... daughter of Dana and Meley Pond... No. 1 sports momemt was "being named District ‘Athlete of the Year.’"
