2025 (FRESHMAN): Competed in all seven meets during the 2025 season... top 5K time of the season was 18:37.12 at the season opening SEMO Redhawk Invite... had top finish and best 6K time of the year at the EIU Walt Crawford Open running a 22:16.2 to place fifth... crossed in 21st at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships with a time of 22:17.1... posted a time of 23:31.0 at the NCAA Midwest Regional to finish 188th...

2026 (FRESHMAN): Competed in indoor and outdoor track during the 2026 season... INDOOR: Competed in six meets during the indoor season... ran a career best of 10:29.64 in the 3000 at the Notre Dame Invitational... ran a personal best of 5:14.62 in the mile at the John Craft Invitational... competed in the mile at the OVC championship...  OUTDOOR: Competed in three meets during the outdoor season... ran a season best 4:46.41 in the 1,500 meter run at the EIU Big Blue... season best 5,000 meter time of 18:34.94 at the Indiana State Pacesetter... 

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country and track at Morton High School...  was a two-time IHSA Class 2A Cross Country State Championship qualifier...  placed 83rd as a senior with a 3-mile time of 18:55.0...  placed fourth at the Dunlap Regional and posted a season best 3-mile time of 18:04.3 winning the Mid Illini Conference meet...  as a junior placed 61st at the State Championships following a third place finish in the Geneseo Sectional...   posted a 5K time of 20:23.1 at the NXR Midwest Regional Championships with a 15th place finish...  in track advanced to the IHSA Class 2A State Championships in three events as a senior running the 800 meter, 1,600 meter and 4x400 relay events...  during junior season ran the second leg on the 4x800 relay team that placed second in the state with a finals time of 9:13.17...
