High School: Placed first in the IHSAA Sectional 26 meet in both the shot put and discus...winning throw of 40'10.50" in the shot put was a personal record set at the sectional...won the sectional discus with a toss of 136'2" after setting a personal record in the event of 147'5" with a championship at the SWIAC Championship....advanced to the State Championship meet in the discus all four years with trips to the state meet in the shot put and twice.
