2023 (FRESHMAN): Competed in three meets during the 2023 season... ran two of three meets at the 6K distance with a season best 6K time of 24:36.9 at the ISU Redbird Invite during a 68th place finish... season best finish was 22nd at the EIU Walt Crawford with lone 5K time of the year at 20:35.4...

2026 (IN- RS-SOPHOMORE / OUT - JUNIOR): Competed in both indoor and outdoor track during the 2026 season... INDOOR: Competed in four meets during the indoor season... ran the 3000 and 5000... placed 7th and recorded a PR in the 3000 with a time of 10:42.24 at the John Craft Invitational... competed in the 3000 at the OVC championship with a final time of 11:02.44... OUTDOOR: Competed in five meets during the outdoor season... ran the steeplechase and 5,000 meter events... scored points in the steeplechase at the OVC Outdoor Championships with an eighth place finish... season best steeplechase time was 11:34.84 at the Illinois Gary Wieneke Memorial... placed second in the steeplechase at the Illini Deca-Jam... season best 5,000 meter time was 19:32.76 at the OVC Championships... 

2025 (IN- RS-FRESHMAN / OUT - SOPHOMORE): Competed only during 2025 outdoor season... OUTDOOR: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season... scored points at the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships with a sixth place finish in the steeplechase... posted a season best steeplechase time of 11:46.74 at the OVC championship... ran the 1,500 meter run at the EIU Big Blue with a time of 5:12.41 and opened the season with a 5,000 meter time of 18:49.44 at the Indiana State Pacesetter... 

2024 (FRESHMAN): Only competed in outdoor track during the 2024 season... INDOOR:  Did not compete in any meets during the indoor season... OUTDOOR: Competed in two meets during the outdoor season... personal best 1,500 meter time was 5:31.03 at the SLU Billiken Invite... personal best steeplechase time was 12:24.78 at the Eastern Illinois Big Blue... 

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in cross country and track at Wilmington High School...  during senior year of cross country placed 16th at the Bishop McNamara Regional...  as a track and field athlete was a multiple time IHSA Class 1A state qualifier during high school career...  as a senior advanced to the state meet in the 3200 meter run...  was second at the Seneca Sectional and season best time in the event was 12:03.87...  during sophomore season made the state championship in the 1600 meter run landing on the podium with a bronze medal finish with a third place finals time was 5:24.79....
