* Hired as Eastern Illinois Director of Track & Field in August of 2023
* Became fifth director of Panthers track & field in programs NCAA Division I history 
* Enters third year leading EIU programs for the 2025-26 season
* Coached NCAA 2nd Team All-American Ramsey Hunt (2024 - long jump), 10th place at NCAA Championships
* Had two athletes advance to NCAA West Regional in 2024
* Coached NCAA 2nd Team All-American Abraham Johnson (2025 - triple jump), 9th place at NCAA Championships
* Had two athletes advance to NCAA West Regional in 2025
* Had one athlete (Enoch Appiah-Kubi) qualify for USATF U20 National Championships (triple jump)
* Coached men's program to 2nd place indoor and 2nd place outdoor OVC Championship finishes in 2024
* Coached women's program to 4th place indoor and 4th place outdoor OVC Championship finishes in 2024

* Associate head coach for track & field at Bowling Green for ten years (2013-23)
* Coached 11 NCAA Regional Qualifiers at BGSU (four those in last three years at school)
* Coached 17 Mid-American Conference Champions
* Coached four USATF Junior Nationals Qualifiers (two competed in the summer of 2023)
* Coached athletes that set 23 school records with 106 all-time Top Performances 
* Assistant coach at Fort Hayes State (2008-12)
* Coached two NCAA Division II National Champions and nine All-Americans
* Had 24 NCAA National Qualifiers, nine conference champions and two Academic All-Americans
* Coached at least one NCAA Division II All-American in four consecutive seasons setting four school records
* Coached a total of 19 athletes that ranked in top five in various events including top five women's long jumpers in school history
* Coached at Creighton Prep High School (2005-07).
* Coached 20 Nebraska State Athletic Association qualifiers, 17 All-State athletes

* Competed in track & field at Loyola University Chicago
* Was a six-time All-Horizon League performer ranking in school's top five for indoor & outdoor triple jump and long jump 
* Bachelor's degree from University of Nebaska Omana in 2007
* Master's degree from Fort Hays State University in 2009
* He and his wife Jennifer, have two children
