INDOOR: Competed in six meets during the indoor season... scored points as a member of the 4x400 meter relay team at the Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Championships... ran the 200 meter and 400 meter events as an individual during the indoor season... season best 200 meter time was 26.01 at the Missouri Bob Teel Invite... season best 400 meter time was 58.43 at the OVC championship... ran the 4x400 relay at three indoor meets... OUTDOOR: Competed in four meets during the outdoor season.. scored points at the OVC Outdoor Championship on the 4x400 relay team... ran the 400 meter run during the season with a season best time of 57.26 at the Illinois Gary Wieneke Invite... 

2024: Competed in both indoor and outdoor track during the 2024 season... INDOOR: Competed in seven meets during the indoor season... ran the 60, 200, 300, and 4x400 meter events during the season... posted a first place finish as a member of the 4x400 meter relay team at the Eastern Illinois Early Bird with a time of 4:07.51... season best 60 meter time was 7.98 at the Redbird Tune Up... season best 200 meter time was 26.01 at the GVSU Big Meet... season best 300 meter time was 43.84 at the EIU John Craft Invite... season best 4x400 meter relay time was 3:57.60 at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships... OUTDOOR... Competed in six meets during the outdoor season... scored points in two events at the OVC Championship... personal best 100 meter time was 12.49 at the Gibson Invite... personal best 200 meter time was 25.33 at the Clark Wood Open... personal best 400 meter time ws 57.15 at the Clark Wood Open... 

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a multi-event Michigan State Champion in sprints at Almont HS having won gold in both the 100 meter and 200 meter events as a senior at the MHSAA LP Division 3 Finals...  won the 100 meter dash with a time of 12.14 while gold medal time in the 200 meter dash clocked in at 24.98...  anchored the school's 4x100 relay team that placed fourth at the state championships with a finals time of 50.92...  was also a state finals qualifier during sophomore and junior seasons...   as a junior was second in the state in the 200 meter dash with a finals time of 25.71...  placed seventh in the state in the 100 meter dash at 12.70 and anchored the state qualifying 4x100 relay team...  during sophomore year reached the MHSAA LP Division 2 Finals in the 200 meter dash...
