2024 (SOPHOMORE):  Competed in two meets during the 2024 cross country season... competed in opening two meets of the year... placed 17th at the EIU Walt Crawford Open with a 5K time of 20:45.0... posted a 6K time of 26:12.2 at the Indiana State McNichols Invite... OVC Academic Medal of Honor...

2023 (FRESHMAN): Competed in three meets during the 2023 cross country season... opened year with a season-best 21st place finish at the EIU Walt Crawford with a 5K time of 20:34.5... also ran in the ISU Redbird Invite and Bradley "Pink" Classic... season best 6K time was 25:24 at the ISU Redbird Invite...

2026: Competed in indoor and outdoor track during the 2026 season... INDOOR: Competed in one meet during the indoor season... ran a personal best of 11:27.00 in the 3000 at the OVC championship... OUTDOOR: Competed in five meets during the outdoor season... ran the steeplechase and 5,000 meter run during the season competing in both at the OVC Outdoor Championships... season best steeple time was 11:41.88 at the Illinois Gary Wieneke Memorial... season best 5,000 meter time was19:29.14 at the EIU Big Blue... 

2025: Did not compete during indoor track in 2025 season, did compete during outdoor season... OUTDOOR: Competed in five meets during the season... ran the 800 meter, 1,500 meter and steeplechase events... closed season with steeplechase competition in last three meets competed with a season best time of 12:13.09 at the Indiana State Sycamore Open... posted a season best 1,500 time of 5:14.32 at the Illinois State Normal Invite... OVC Academic Medal of Honor...

2024: Did not compete in any meets during the 2024 indoor season...OUTDOOR: Competed in two meets during the outdoor season... season best 800 meter time was 2:36.59 in the Eastern Illinois Big Blue... personal best 1,500 meter race was 5:31.40 at the Eastern Illinois Big Blue... 

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in cross country and track at Marshall High School...  was a three time IHSA Class 1A State Championship qualifier in cross country advancing during freshman, junior and senior seasons... placed 31st at the state championship meet as a junior with a 3-mile finals time of 18:41.1...  during prep career was twice the runner-up in the Little Illini Conference championship meet...  as a track and field athlete was a multiple-event IHSA Class 1A state qualifier as a sophomore, junior and senior...  during senior season advanced in both the 1600 meter and 3200 meter events...  had a podium finish in the 3200 meter run placing eighth with a finals time of 11:37.45...  as a junior made the state meet in the 800 meter and 3200 meter runs...  as a sophomore made the state meet in the 800 meter run and 4x800 meter relay...  ran the anchor leg on the 4x800 relay that finished seventh in the state with a finals time of 10:32.06...
