2015: Competed in four events during the 2015 season... placed sixth racing in the Open Race at the Bradley Pink Classic with a 6K time of 23:00.4... season best 5K time was 19:09.5 at the Illini Open...

2017: Competed in indoor and outdoor track during the 2017 season... Indoor - competed in four meets during the indoor season... ran the 800m... season best 800m time was 2:09.69 at the Grand Valley Big Meet... first team All-Ohio Valley Conference winning the 800m at the OVC Indoor Championships with a time of 2:11.89... member of OVC Indoor Championship team winning bronze medal as a member of the distance medley relay team... ran third leg on school record setting distance medley relay team at the Notre Dame Meyo Invite with a time of 11:41.99... Outdoor - competed in nine meets during the outdoor season... ran the 800 meter and 1,500 meter events... was the bronze medalist in the 800m at the OVC Championships with a time of 2:12.60... season best 800m time was 2:09.36 at the Drake Relays... season best 1,500m time was 4:38.42 at the SIU Bill Cornell... member of outdoor distance medley relay team that set school record at the Drake Relays with a time of 11:34.00... also ran the 4x400 meter relay during the year... member of OVC Outdoor Championship squad scoring points in the 800m and 4x400 meter relay... 

2016: Competed in indoor and outdoor track... Indoor - competed in three meets during the 2016 indoor season... earned second team All-OVC honors as a member of the silver medal distance medley relay team at the OVC Indoor Championships... ran the 800m and mile during the season... season best 800m was 2:14.21 at the OVC meet... season best mile was 5:05.65 at the Grand Valley Big Meet... Outdoor - competed in eight meets during the outdoor season... member of OVC Outdoor Championship squad scoring points in the 800m with a fourth place finish... ran the 800m and 1500m during the outdoor season... season best 800m time was 2:10.69 at the Drake Relays... season best 1500m time was 4:40.80 at the SIU Bill Cornell... scored points at the Drake Relays as a member of 4x800m relay team... 

2015: Competed in 2015 indoor and outdoor track... Indoor - during the indoor season ran the 600m, 800m and mile... season best 800m run was 2:10.02 at the Notre Dame Meyo which ranked third on the EIU career list... season best mile time was 4:57.06 at the Grand Valley Big Meet which ranked fifth on the EIU career list... scored points on the OVC Indoor Championship squad placing third in both the 800m and mile at the OVC Indoor Championships... Outdoor - during the outdoor season ran the 800m and 1500m... advanced to the NCAA West Regional in the 800m placing 43rd with a time of 2:13.15... season best 800m time was 2:08.76 at the Indiana Billy Hayes which ranked fourth on the EIU career list... season best 1500m time was 4:32.80 at the OVC Championships, which ranked seventh on the EIU career list... earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors...

2014: Competed in 2014 indoor and outdoor track season... Indoor - during indoor season ran the 800m with a season best time of 2:13.24 at the Grand Valley Big Meet, time ranked fifth on the EIU career list... first team All-OVC on the distance medley relay team that won with a time of 12:03.22... Outdoor - during the outdoor season ran the 800m and 1500m... season best 800m time of 2:09.35 was at the OVC Outdoor Championships, mark ranked sixth on the EIU career list... second team All-OVC in the 800m... 

2013: Indoor - Competed in the 800m at the EIU Early Bird with a time of 2:24.32... received medical redshirt after suffering injury... Outdoor - redshirted the outdoor season...

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed at Fisher HS having a breakout season as a senior at the IHSA Class 1A state meet... placed third in the 800m and fourth in the 1600m as the state meet... 800m time at the state championship was 2:14.32 and 1600m time at state championship was 5:16.87... set school record in both events... also ran the 400m and 4x400m relay.
