2013 ... All-OVC Team ... Preseason All-OVC ... UMKC Kangaroo Klassic and KSU Classic All-Tournament recognitions... OVC Offensive 'Player of the Week' (10/21/13) ... EIU VB Alumni Scholarship award winner... finished an outstanding Panther career as she added her name to both the 1,000-Kill and Dig units... hit a new career-best .474 off 11 kills in a home win over TTU... also tied both her all-time assist and dig marks as well... led her squad in kills with 357 total putdowns and also led in points scored with 396.0... ended her days in a Panther uniform with 42 all-time kill-dig double-doubles as she added 17 over the course of her senior campaign... nailed 15+ kills seven times (22 career) and 15-or-more points 13 times (34 all-time)... also become a two-sport honoree in the OVC as she was nabbed league honors in softball... OVC Top 10:  Top 3 marks in both total kills and points for both the season and in OVC-only matchups... EIU Top 10:  Finishes her career ranked in No. 4 for all-time DI kills, kills-per-set and attack attempts... also No. 6 in total points as a member of the 1,000 Point Club as well with 1,400.0... she nailed 1,258 total kills and upped 1,014 all-time digs... during the current OVC-only era, she ranked 3rd in kills, attacks and points... OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll and Medal of Honor award recipient.

2012 ... All-OVC Team ... Marquette Classic All-Tourney Team ... saw action in every match as a junior as she led the team in kills (336) and total attacks (1,040) ... collected nine kill/dig double-doubles to up her career tally to 25 ... registered 15+ kills and points seven and nine times, respectively ... also had five-or-more respective digs and blocks on six and five occasions ... set or tied previous personal highs in four stat categories, including a new dig total of 22 ups in EIU's thrilling five-set win at SEMO ... her career-high seven blocks at Murray State helped the Panthers set a new four-set school mark ... OVC Top 10:  Ranked 10th for kills (3.11 kps) in OVC-only action ... EIU Top 10:  Ranked in 6th and 8th in EIU career list for overall and OVC-era career kills-per-set ... while her 3.22 point-per-set and 901 all-time kills currently ranks 9th and 10th all-time during the OVC years.

2011 ... Preseason All-OVC ... followed a fine freshman season with another nice sophomore campaign... finished second on the squad with 328 kills off a 3.22 kills-per-set mark and .193 attack... also had the second highest dig tally with 282 (2.76 dps)... led all players with 13 kill-dig double-doubles to up her career mark to 16 all-time... nailed 15+ kills in four matches and had 15 or more digs five times... registered 15+ points in a match seven times... set a new personal best mark for kills with 27 at Murray State, while her three aces at EKU and 20 digs in a win at APSU also set new career highs.

2010 ... OVC All-Newcomer Team... made an immediate splash as a true freshman, as she competed in 29 of 31 contests... at one point in the season Reynae actually led the league for kills-per-set... finished with 237 kills off 651 attacks to sport a .201 hitting mark... had a fine night against Eastern Kentucky, nailing 26 kills off a .449 clip... earned three kill-dig double-doubles... nailed 15-or-more kills in four matches... upped 16 Skyhawk attacks at UT Martin.

HIGH SCHOOL ... Played volleyball under coach Susie Hutchinson, her mother, at Mattoon HS... also earned letters as a member both the softball and basketball squads... she helped lead the Green Wave to the IHSA Sweet 16 as a senior, marking the best season finish by an MHS volleyball squad in over 20 years... was the starting pitcher for the softball squad that advanced to the IHSA state tourney three times... finishing in the Sweet 16 this past spring, the Elite 8 last year and state Runner-Up as a sophomore... named 2009 Decatur Herald & Review All-Area ‘Player of the Year’ for both softball and volleyball... three-time All-Big 12 Conference honoree... earned All-State Top 100 and Top 50 kudos as a junior and senior, respectively... tabbed with Big 12 conference honors in basketball and a three-time league honoree in softball... highlights include taking home the Big 12 ‘Offensive Player of the Year’ and ‘Pitcher of the Year’ awards as a junior and senior, respectively... twice earned the highest scholastic average by a student-athlete and captured the Outstanding Senior Letterwinner... former member of the Illini Elite volleyball club.

PERSONAL ... ‘Hutch’ credits her parents for influencing her sports career, “because of how much they’ve given me and pushed me... Andy Hilligoss has also influenced me greatly, thanks to the attention and time he spent working with me”... her ultimate personal goal is to “ultimately be successful and happy in whatever I do”... both of her parents played collegiate sports at Millikin... with her dad a member of the baseball and basketball teams, while her mom played volleyball and basketball for the Big Blue... her No. 1 sports moment was Mattoon HS winning the first round of the 2009 sectional over Troy Triad in a three-set thriller, “we could not have done it without our student body coming out to cheer us on.”

OFF THE COURT WITH REYNAE ... Earned a degree in secondary education with a minor in math... daughter of Jeff & Susie Hutchinson... born on April 18... chose EIU "because it’s close to home and a great place to get the education I need to become a successful teacher... I also felt that I would be able to grow and develop as a student, an athlete, and as a person"... her least favorite food would be seafood, which she considers to be "the devil"... her hidden talent has been her ability to break an apple in half with her bare hands... her favorite quote is "sometimes, there is no next time, no second chance, no timeout... sometimes, it’s now or never"... her advice to a younger athlete would be "to work hard... you have to work harder than every other person out there... talent is one thing, but it won’t get you anywhere if you expect things to be handed to you on a silver platter."
