Eastern Illinois University Athletics

Elliott Hansing was hired as the Assistant Athletic Director of Marketing & Fan Engagement at Eastern Illinois in March of 2025.  

Hansing came to EIU following a year as the assistant director of fan engagement at Sam Houston State.

He holds his bachelor's degree from Xavier University (2023) and served as the lead marketing intern for Xavier Athletics during his time with the program.  He also completed internships with the Cincinnati Reds and FC Cincinnati.
