EIU TRACK: Competed in 2010 indoor and outdoor track season... rank 600m and 800m during indoor season placing third at OVC Championships in 800m... ran 800m during outdoor season... first team All-OVC winning 800m at championships with a time of 1:51.80... best season mark was 1:50.71 at Louisville Twilight which ranks 6th on EIU career list... competed in only two meets during the 2009 indoor track season with a season best 1:54.68 coming at the EIU Mega Meet... second team All-OVC in 800m during 2009 outdoor season with second place finish at OVC championships... posted a season bet 1:51.71 at the IU Billy Hayes meet... member of 4x400 team that placed 15th at NCAA Regional posting the second best mark in EIU history at 3:09.99... ran four different events during 2008 indoor season... placed 4th in 400m at 2008 OVC Indoor championships with a time of 49:63... personal best in 800m was at NCAA Last Chance... first team All-OVC as member of 4x400 relay team... second team All-OVC as memberof Distance Medley Relay... ran second leg on 4x400 indoor relay that ranks 10th on EIU career list at 3:16.92... ran second leg on 4x400 outdoor relay team that also ranks 10th at EIU at 3:12.16... posted a 1:51.19 in 800m at OVC championships to place 3rd, mark ranks 6th on EIU career list... scored points for 2007 OVC Indoor championship team with a fifth place finish in the 800m... top finish was a 1st in the 600m at the EIU Early Bird... scored points for 2007 OVC Outdoor Championship team with a fifth in the 800m... had a personal best in the 1,500 meters at the Vanderbilt Invite at 4:00.23... 

EIU CROSS COUNTRY: Compted in all seven meets for 2010 cross country season... placed 25th at OVC Championships with an 8K time of 26:55.55... placed 144th at NCAA Regional... top 8K time was 26:02 at the Bradley Classic.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Vernon Hills High School earning varsity letters in track, cross country and soccer… set North Suburban Conference record in the 800 meters… two-time All-State… sectional and county champion in 800 meters.
