EIU TRACK: Competed in 2012 indoor and outdoor track... ran the 3000m and 5000m during indoor season... best 3K was 10:53.39 at the EIU Early Bird... ran a season best 5K of 18:45.63 at the Grand Valley Big Meet... during outdoor season ran the 3K and 5K... best 5K was 18;54.28 at the EIU Big Blue... redshirted 2011 indoor and outdoor track seasons... competed in 2010 indoor and outdoor track... rank 3000m and 5000m during indoor season with top 5K time of 18:34.94 at Iowa State Classic... ran 5000m and 10000m at OVC Championships for outdoor season placing 5th in 10K... top 5K time was 18:40.29 at SIUE Gateway... top 10K time was 39:28.10 at Big Blue Classic... ran distance events in 2009 indoor and outdoor track seasons... placed 11th in OVC indoor championships in 5000m with a top time of 19:00.15... posted a top 3000m indoor time of 10:48.91 at the EIU Friday Night Special... competed in the 5000m and 10000m at the OVC outdoor championships scoring points with a 7th place finish in the 10000m... top 5000m time was 19:20.75 at Indiana State Invite while top 10000m time was 39:44.06 at EIU Big Blue Classic...

HIGH SCHOOL: attended nearby Arcola HS earning track MVP honors... 3-time state qualifier for the 3200m… conference champion in the 3200m in 2007 and 2008... National Honor Society.
