EIU CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in all meets during the 2012 cross country season... placed 20th at the OVC Championships... placed 106th at the NCAA Regional... best time of the season was 18:16.97 at the OVC... ran in all meets during the 2011 cross country season... set school record in the 6K distance at the Bradley Classic with a time of 21:4728 which placed 11th... was a first team All-OVC runner placing 4th at conference meet to help team win first school title since 2001... had a personal best in the 5K at the OVC meet with a time of 18:18.72... placed 49th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 22:24.51 at the 6K distance... ran in all seven meets for 2010 cross country season earning second team All-OVC honors with a 14th place finish and time of 19:14.61... was 139th at NCAA Regional... best 5K time of the season was 18:24 at Notre Dame Gold... ran in seven meets for 2009 cross country season placing 20th at OVC championships... top season time was 19:24 at the Illinois Intercollegiate... 

EIU TRACK: Competed in 2012 indoor and outdoor track... second team All-OVC in mile as a member of OVC Championship team... had a season best mile time of 4:53.67 at IU Relays which ranks first on EIU career list... ran a time of 2:10.63 in the 800m at the OVC Championships which ranks 2nd on EIU career list... second team All-OVC in the 1500m during outdoor season as team won OVC Championship... ran a season best 800m time of 2:10.49 at EIU Big Blue which ranks 4th on EIU career list... ran season best 1,500m time of 4:28.75 at Vanderbilt which ranks 2nd on EIU career list... competed in 2011 indoor and outdoor track... ran the 800m and mile during the indoor season... second team All-OVC with second place finishes in both events... best 800m time was 2:13.01 at Iowa State which ranks 3rd on EIU career list... best mile time of 5:01.61 was at Notre Dame Meyo and ranks 6th on EIU career list... member of DMR team that set OVC record with a time of 12:06.77... member of DMR team that set school record of 11:55.94 at Iowa State... ran the 800m and 1500m during outdoor season... was 3rd at the OVC Championships in both events... 800m time of 2:12.63 at OVC meet is 7th best on EIU career list... best time of 4:39.1 in the 1500m was at Kansas Relays and ranks 10th on EIU career list... competed in 2010 indoor and outdoor track... ran the mile at the indoor OVC Championships placing 7th with a time of 5:19.85 as she competed in only two indoor meets... ran 800m and 1500m during outdoor season... best 800m time of 2:14.01 at the IU Billy Hayes ranked 9th on EIU career list... placed 3rd at OVC Championships in 1500m with a season best time of 4:42.75.

HIGH SCHOOL: comes to EIU as a state qualifier in the 800m run for Hoopeston Area HS. She qualified with sixth fastest time in a sectional posting a 2:23.14. Ramos won her conference championship in 800m all four years of high school. As a junior she was the 7th place finisher at IHSA meet with time of 2:18.75. A four-time state qualifier she placed 3rd at Beecher Cross Country Regional. Ramos was also honorable mention All-Vermilion Valley in basketball.
