EIU CROSS COUNTRY:  Ran in all meets during 2012 cross country season... first team All-OVC in cross country placing third at the OVC Championships... time at the OVC meet was 17:31.08 which ranks as the third on EIU career list for 5K... ran a time of 21:46.45 at the NCAA Regional placing 37th... ran a 6K time of 21:42 at the Bradley Classic which ranks second all-tiem at EIU... ran in all meets for cross country in 2011 season... second team All-OVC finisher placing 11th at conference championships to help team win first title since 2001... ran season best 5K time of 18:33.50 at the EIU Walt Crawford... placed 108th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 6K time of 23:11.79... only ran one meet for EIU in 2010 placing 13th at EIU Panther Open with a time of 19:06.57... ran in seven meets for 2009 cross country team placing 32nd at OVC championships... season best time was 19:59 at Illinois Intercollegiate.

EIU TRACK: Competed in 2012 indoor and outdoor track... during indoor season ran the mile helping EIU win OVC Championship... best time was 5:10.51 at IU Relays... during outdoor season had break out season in steeplechase... helped EIU win OVC Championship... set school record in steeplechase with time of 10:23.91 at Drake Relays... first team All-OVC in steeplechase... placed 43rd in NCAA Regional in steeplechase with time of 11:07.72... ran 1500m and 5K at OVC Championship... competed in 2011 indoor and outdoor track... ran the mile and 3000m during the OVC indoor championships... best mile time of 5:08.90 was at the EIU Friday Night... during outdoor season ran the 1500m and steeplechase... was a second team All-OVC selection in steeplechase with a time of 11:17.19 which is 6th on EIU career list... best 1500m time was 4:39.24 at the Stan Lyons Invite... competed in 2010 indoor and outdoor track... ran the 800m and 1000m during indoor season... best 800m time was 2:22.68 at Illinois Intercollegiate... during outdoor season only ran the steeplechase at the EIU Invite posting a time of 12:41.50.

HIGH SCHOOL: ran track and cross country at Larkin High School... set the school record in the mile (5:17) and 800m (2:16) as a senior... team captain... IHSA state qualifier.
