EIU CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five events in 2012 cross country season... top time was 27:08 at both the Illinois Intercollegiate and Bradley Classic... top finish was 13th at Illini Open... competed in all events in 2011 cross country season... placed 31st at OVC Championships and 149th at the NCAA Regional... top 8K time was 25:42 at the Illinois Intercollegiate... competed in all seven meets for 2010 cross country season... placed 39th at OVC Championships and 154th at NCAA Regional... top 8K time was 25:49 at the EIU Panther Open...

EIU TRACK: Redshirted 2012 indoor and outdoor track seasons... competed in 2011 indoor and outdoor track... scored points for OVC Indoor Championship team in the 800m and mile... ran season best 800m time of 1:58.82 at the OVC meet.. top mile time of 4:18.27 was at the Notre Dame Meyo... first team All-OVC in 800m at OVC Outdoor Championships winning event with a season best time of 1:54.57... top 1500m time was 4:02.45 at the Kansas Relays.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country and track at Rockton Hononegah High School... placed 6th at Rockford Regional as a senior with a 3-mile time of 16:34... helped team place second at Regional meet... placed 60th at St. Charles East Sectional with a time of 17:29.5... earned a trip to IHSA Class 3A State Track Championships as a member of 4x800 relay team.
