EIU CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five meets during the 2012 cross country season... was 14th at the OVC Championships to earn second team All-OVC... time at the OVC Meet was 25:12.17...  ran in all meets during the 2011 cross country season... earned second team All-OVC honors placing 14th at the OVC championships with a time of 26:21.13... placed 114th at the NCAA Regional... top 8K time was 25:32 at the Illinois Intercollegiate... competed in all seven events in 2010 cross country season... placed 32nd at OVC Championships and 135th at NCAA Regional... top 8K time was 25:59 at the Bradley Classic.

EIU TRACK: Redshirted the 2013 indoor and outdoor track seasons... competed in 2012 indoor and outdoor track... ran in only two meets during indoor season... during outdoor season ran in three meets with a 5K time of 15:05.39 at Vanderbilt... competed in 2011 indoor and outdoor track... ran mile and 3K during indoor season... top mile time was 4:24.81 at Iowa State... top 3K time was 8:44.87 at the EIU Friday Night Special... competed in the 1500m and 5K during the outdoor season with his top 1500m time of 3:57.53 coming at the Stan Lyons Invite... top 5K time was 15:09.75 at the EIU Big Blue Classic.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country and track at Carlinville High School... earned a trip to the IHSA Class 1A state track finals in the 4x800m and 1600m run as a senior... was the state runner-up in the 1600m run with a time of 4:27.14 while running the opening leg on the 4x800m... relay team placed 9th with a time of 8:10.11.... honorable mention All-State in cross country.
