2014: Competed in 2014 indoor and outdoor track... during indoor season ran 60m hurdles, 400m and 600m events... top 60m hurdle time was 8.93 at the EIU Early Bird... top 400m time was 49.82 at the Grand Valley Big Meet... was a member of the 4x400 relay team that placed third at the OVC Indoor Championships... during the outdoor season ran the 400m hurdles... top time was 54.77 at the OVC Outdoor Championships... 
2013: Competed in 2013 indoor and outdoor track... during indoor season ran the 400m with a best time of 50.94 at the Grand Valley Meet... during outdoor season was a member of the OVC Outdoor Championship team... season best time in 400m hurdles was 55.45 at the OVC meet.
2012: Enrolled at Eastern Illinois for the spring of 2012... redshirted 2012 indoor season and competed in 2012 outdoor season running the 400m hurdles... member of OVC Championship team with a 4th place finish at the OVC meet with a time of 55.54... also ran a season best 55.54 in the 400m hurdles at the EIU Tweener.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran track in Germany attending the Marianum School in Buxheim...top 200m time was 23.61 in the 200m and 51.02 in the 400m... had a 400m hurdle time of 56.93 in July of 2011.
