2016: Competed in five meets during the 2016 season... named Ohio Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Year for the 2016-17 school year... missed season opening meet with illness... earned second team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors placing eighth at the OVC meet with a 8K time of 25:08.2... was top EIU finisher at NCAA Midwest Regional finishing 34th with a 10K time of 31:02.5... season best finish was fifth at the Notre Dame Gold with season best 8K time of 24:40.8... 

2015: Earned USTFCCA All-Midwest Region honors placing 24th at NCAA Regional with a 10K time of 30:40.1... 10K time was seventh fastest in school history... earned first team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors placing fourth at the OVC Championships... had a time of 24:51.7 at the OVC meet... season best 8K time was 24:28.4 at the Bradley Pink Classic with time ranking 15th on EIU all-time list... earned first place finish at season opening EIU Walt Crawford with time of 20:05.06... was second at Illinois State Invite and third at Notre Dame Gold Invite... was named OVC Cross Country Runner of the Week on Sept. 15 and Oct. 6 for performances at Illinois State and Notre Dame... 

2014: Competed in all six meets during the 2014 sesaon... posted a season best 8K time of 25:04.55 at the OVC Championships placing 15th... had four meets at the 8K distance with sub-26 minute finishes... placed 84th at the NCAA Regional with a 10K time of 31:26.1 which ranks 21st on the EIU career list... best finish on the season was 7th at the Bradley Intercollegiate... 

2013: Competed in all six meets during the 2013 season... second team All-Ohio Valley Conference placing 12th at the conference championship meet with a time of 25:26... was 97th at the NCAA Midwest Regional meet... top 8K time was 25:16 at the Illinois State Invite...

EIU TRACK
2018: Only had outdoor track eligibility remaining for 2018... competed in six meets during the outdoor season... advanced to the NCAA West Regional in the steeplechase finishing 16th with a school record time of 8:47.29 at the meet... posted a pair of first place finishes in the steeplechase at the Drake Relays and Illini Twilight... time at Drake Relays was 8:55.18 which earned Ohio Valley Conference Track Athlete of the Week honors... ran the 1,500 meter and 5K events as well... season best 1,500 meter time was 3:53.55 at the SIU Bill Cornell... season best 5K time was 14:40.80 at the EIU Big Blue with a first place finish... USTFCCCA All-Academic...

2017: Named EIU Athletic Director's Award Winner... competed in indoor and outdoor track during 2017 season... INDOOR- competed in six meets during the indoor season... earned second team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors in the indoor mile and Distance Medley Relay finished second in both events at the OVC Indoor Championships... named OVC co-Track Athlete of the Week on Jan. 18 and OVC Track Athlete of the Week on Jan. 25... posted first place finishes in the indoor mile and 3K during the season, indoor mile first place was at the EIU John Craft Invite with a time of 4:12.38 and first place 3K was at Illini Classic with a time of 8:15.75... season best mile time was 4:05.81 at the Indiana Relays, time ranked fifth on the EIU career list... season best 3K time was 8:15.75 at the Illini Classic, time ranked eighth on the EIU career list... member of OVC Indoor Championship team... OUTDOOR - competed in eight meets during the outdoor season... advanced to the NCAA West Regional in the steeplechase finishing 39th with a time of 9:38.16... ran the 1,500 meter, 5,000 meter and steeplechase events during the season... had first place finishes in both the steeplechase and 5K at the EIU Big Blue Classic set the meet record in both events with times of 9:07.63 in the steeplechase and 14:20.84 in the 5K... season best steeplechase time was 8:53.51 at the Mt. SAC Relays, time ranked fourth on EIU career list... season best 5K time was 14:13.44 at the Drake Relays, time ranked fifth on the EIU career list... season best 1,500m time was 3:50.91 at the Indiana State Twilight... EIU Presidential Award for academics... 2016: Competed in indoor and outdoor track in 2016... INDOOR - competed in four meets during the 2016 indoor season... scored points in two events as a member of the OVC Indoor Championship team... first team All-OVC winning the mile at the OVC meet with a time of 4:12.56... member of bronze medal squad in the distance medley relay at the OVC meet... season best mile time was 4:11.61 at the IU Relays... season best 3K time was 8:16.94 at the Notre Dame Meyo, time ranked ninth on the EIU career list... named OVC co-Track Athlete of the Week for performance at the Notre Dame Meyo... OUTDOOR - competed in seven meets during the outdoor season ending the year with a 30th place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 9:12.73 in the steeplechase... during the season ran the 1500m, steeplechase and 5K... season best 1500m was 3:49.62 at the Illini Twilight... season best steeplechase time was 8:58.00 at the Indiana State Gibson, time ranked fourth on the EIU career list... posted two first place finishes during the season in the steeplechase at the Indiana State Gibson and SIU Bill Cornell... won a bronze medal in the steeplechase at the OVC meet... posted a first place finish in the 5K with a season best time of 14:37.11 at the EIU Big Blue... 

2015: Competed in 2015 indoor and outdoor track... INDOOR - during indoor season ran the 800m, mile and 3K... first team All-OVC winning the mile at the OVC Indoor Championships with a time of 4:05.93, which ranked fifth on the EIU career list... earned first team All-OVC as part of first place distance medley relay team... season best 800m was 1:57.65 at the EIU Friday Night... OUTDOOR - during the outdoor season ran the 800m, 1500m, steeplechase and 5K... earned second team All-OVC in the 1500m with a second place finish at the OVC Outdoor Championships... member of OVC Outdoor Championship squad scoring points in two events... season best steeplechase was 9:15.27 at the EIU Twilight... season best 800m was 2:04.07 at the EIU Big Blue... 

2014: Competed in 2014 indoor season, redshirted 2014 outdoor campaign... INDOOR - during indoor season ran the mile with a season best time of 4:23.43 at the Illini Classic... posted a 3K time of 8:30.76 at the EIU John Craft... 

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a four-time IHSA Class AA State Cross Country qualifier earning All-State honors sophomore through senior years with top twenty finishes competing for Charleston HS...  as a sophomore posted a 3-mile time of 15:03 placing 18th at the state meet... placed third at the state meet as a junior and senior improving time each year, ran a 14:40 as a junior and 14:33 as a senior... during senior season placed first at every meet until the state championships including winning the Apollo Conference individual title.... was second at the Midwest Senior meet in Kettering, Ohio... in track competed in the 1600m and 3200m run... as a senior won the IHSA Class 2A 3200m state title with a record time of 9:08.44... was fourth in the 1600m run as a senior at state meet with a time of 4:22.92... advanced to the IHSA Class 2A State Track Championships in both events as a junior placing fourth in the 1600m run and sixth in the 3200m run... son for former EIU cross country coach and All-American John McInerney.
