Biography
Samantha is a senior sprinter and hurdler… placed 10th in 400m at 2008 OVC Indoor championships with a personal record of 59.23… placed 4th at 2008 OVC Outdoor championships in 400m hurdles with a time of 1:02.34, which was a personal best and ranks 4th on EIU career list… set personal mark of 15.45 in 100m hurdles at Big Blue Classic... competed in three meets during the 2007 indoor season... top season time was 9.62 in the 60 meter hurdles... only competed in one meet during the 2007 outdoor season.. personal record of 9.57 in 60 meter indoor hurdles ranks 12th on EIU career list... also a four year member of EIU women’s rugby team, named Team MVP in 2008... HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Conant High School Earned earning six varsity letters and all-conference honors in track and field, swimming and basketball... all-state performer in track, qualifying for the 100m and 300m hurdles and the 4x100 and 4x200 relay teams.
