Indoor - ran the 400m and 600m during the indoor season... season best 400m was 58.39 at the Indiana Relays... season best 600m was 1:34.88 at the Grand Valley Big Meet which ranked third on EIU career list... member of OVC Indoor Championship squad... ran on school record setting distance medley relay team at the Notre Dame Meyo that posted a time of 11:50.24... Outdoor - during outdoor season ran the 400m and 400m hurdles... set school record in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:00.73 at the Indiana Billy Hayes... season best 400m time was 57.55 at the IU Billy Hayes... 
2014: Competed in 2014 indoor and outdoor track seasons... Indoor - ran 60m hurdles plus 400m, 600m and 800m during the indoor season... season best 60m hurdle time was 9.73 at the EIU Early Bird... season best 400m time was 57.89 at the Notre Dame Meyo, time ranked sixth on the EIU career list... ran the 800m at the OVC Indoor Championships... first team All-OVC on the distance medley relay team that won with a time of 12:03.22... Outdoor - during the outdoor season ran the 400m hurdles... second team All-OVC in the event running a 1:01.69 at the OVC Outdoor Championships, time ranked second on the EIU career list... 

NORTH CENTRAL: Competed at North Central College during the 2013 season... ran season bests of 27.09 for 200 meters, 59.71 for 400 meters and 3:59.06 for 4x400-meter relay indoors... placed first in 4x400 relay and eighth in 400 at CCIW Indoor Championships... during the outdoor season, achieved bests of 15.96 in 100-meter hurdles, 1:04.91 in 400-meter hurdles, and 3:58.43 in 4x400-meter relay.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran track at Lincoln Community HS... as a senior placed fourth in the 300m hurdles at the IHSA Class 2A State Championships with a finals time of 44.58.
