#Zye Boey# of men's outdoor track and #Gino Parrodi# of men's golf have been selected the Eastern Illinois student-athletes of the week.

Boey set a pair of school records in the 100m and 200m sprints at Saturday's EIU Big Blue Classic. Boey won the 100m with a time of 10.15 and the 200m with a time of 20.67.

Parrodi placed fifth at the Western Illinois Invitational finishing with a two-over par total. Parrodi was the day one leader after firing a six-under total as EIU placed fifth as a team at the event.
