Mike Lacine from men's swimming and Mackenzie Anderson from women's swimming have been named the EIU student-athletes of the week.

Lacine helped the men's program pick up a relay meet victory over Evansville on Saturday.  Lacine swam as a member of four first place relays as the Panthers edged the host Purple Aces by 28 points. 

Anderson was a member of two wins swimmin on relay teams for the EIU women.  Anderson swam the anchor leg in the 400 yard medley relay victory and the opening leg on the 300 yard backstroke relay.
