Caleb Howell from baseball and Daniel Trevor from men's track have been named the EIU student-athletes of the week.

Howell hit .600 for the the Panthers in four games last week including a 6-for-6 day at the plate on Sunday at Eastern Kentucky.  Howell is currently hitting .429 which ranks fourth in the NCAA this season.

Trevor was a dual event gold medalist for EIU at the OVC Outdoor Track Championships.  He won both the 110m hurdles and 400m hurdle events.  Trevor also earned a bronze medal on the third place 4x400m relay team.
