GAME 23
Eastern Illinois looks to snap a four-game losing streak when the Panthers host OVC leader Murray State on Monday night. The game will end a four game home stand which started with a January 27 contest with Tennessee Tech. EIU has dropped the first three games on this home stand following Saturday's 70-64 loss to Southeast Missouri. EIU fell to 8th place in the OVC standings at 8-14, 4-8 in the OVC. The last Panther win actually came at Murray State on January 20. Since that game Murray State has moved into first place in the OVC race at 17-6, 9-3 in the OVC following Saturday's win at Austin Peay.

EIU-MURRAY STATE SERIES
This will be the 44th game in the series between Eastern Illinois and Murray State. The Racers own a commanding 33-10 series lead winning all three meetings last year including a match-up in the OVC Tournament semifinals in Nashville. EIU won for only the second time in 21 attempts in Murray earlier this year as Jeremy Granger hit a game winner to lead EIU to the 61-60 victory.

SCOUTING MURRAY STATE
Isaiah Canaan and Isacc Miles have turned up their scoring averages in Ohio Valley Conference play as Murray State climbed back on top of the conference standings on Saturday at Austin Peay. Canaan is scoring 13.5 points per game in OVC action (12.2 all games) and Miles is scoring 12.7 up from 10.3 on the overall season. MSU leads the OVC in 3-point percentage at 38.6. Canaan, Miles and B.J. Jenkins have all made 30 or more from beyond the arc.

GRANGER JUST MISSES 30
Jeremy Granger just missed scoring 30 points for the first time in his career for the second time in the last nine days. Granger had his first career double-double on January 27 against Tennessee Tech with 29 points. On Saturday against Southeast Missouri he again finished with 29 points. Granger has now scored in double figures in 16 straight games. He has moved into 7th in the OVC in scoring at 14.6 points per game. Granger had his streak of consecutive made free throws end at 15 against SEMO as he was 5-of-6 from the line. Granger had entered the game fifth in the NCAA in free throw percentage. He is currently at 91.9.

LOOKING FOR RARE SWEEP OF MURRAY STATE
Eastern Illinois will look for a rare sweep of Murray State when the Panthers host the Racers on Monday night. EIU won for only the second time in 21 attempts at Murray State earlier this year. The other time EIU won at Murray in 2001-02, the Panthers lost the return game in Lantz Arena 77-76. Since the Panthers joined the OVC in 1996-97, Murray State has only been swept in a season series six times. The last was in 2008-09 by Austin Peay.

DORLACK BIG NIGHT ON THE GLASS
Senior Matt Dorlack had his best night of the season rebounding the basketball as he finished with eight rebounds against Southeast Missouri. He finished with five offensive rebounds as he has now pulled down 23 offensive rebounds on the year. His season total for rebounds is 34. Dorlack also added two assists and one block against the Redhawks. It was his third straight game with a block.

HOLLOWELL CLIMBS BLOCKS LIST
Speaking of blocks James Hollowell added two more to his season and career total on Saturday against Southeast Missouri. Hollowell increased his season total to 30 blocks which is tied for sixth on the EIU single season list with Todd Bergman's 2001 total. Last season Hollowell had 36 blocks which ranks fifth on the EIU single season list. Hollowell's career total is 66 blocks which is currently tied with Henry Domercant at number five on the career list. Next up on the list is George Tandy with 71.
