GAME 25
Eastern Illinois continues its three game Ohio Valley Conference road trip on Thursday night at Austin Peay.  The Panthers lost the opener in the three game swing last Saturday at Southeast Missouri.  EIU will wrap up the road trip this Saturday at SIU Edwardsville.  Thursday night's game begins the Panthers second set of games with OVC West opponents.  EIU enters the week at 14-10 overall, 7-4 in the OVC.  Austin Peay has lost four straight games at home and enters the week at 7-17 overall, 2-8 in the OVC. 

ANDERSON POSTS DOUBLE-DOUBLE AT SEMO
Trae Anderson posted his second double-double of the season on Saturday night at Southeast Missouri.  Anderson had career highs with 25 points and 12 rebounds.  The junior college transfer has become the team leader in scoring at 13 points per game with that average climbing to 16.3 points per game in OVC play.  Earlier this season Anderson had a double-double against Ball State with 13 points and 11 rebounds. 

JOHNSTON CHASING FRESHMAN RECORD
Guard Cornell Johnston continues to chase the EIU Freshman assist record as he now has 105 assists this season.  The record is 115 set by Mike Robinson in the 2005-06 season.  Johnston ranks fifth in the OVC in assists per game at 4.4 and has ten games with six or more assists.  His season high is eight assists  on two occasions, most recently against Austin Peay.  Johnston is averaging 8.1 points per game and leads the OVC in 3-point field goal percentage at 47.9 pct.
