The Panthers had eight shots on goal with two each by Molly Hawkins, Hannah Miller and Kathleen MacKinnon

UMKC goalkeeper Nina Tzianos was up to the task as she turned away all eight EIU shots on goal.

One minute, 47 seconds into overtime the heavy pressure from UMKC broke through as Lexie Howard scored unassisted beating both the defender and goalkeeper to the far post for the game's lone goal.
