PEORIA, Ill. - EIU men's soccer lost in double overtime against Bradley Tuesday night. The Braves posted the lone goal of the game and secured a 1-0 non-conference win over the Panthers.

The two teams were tied through regulation and one period of overtime before Bradley locked up the win. John Pollifrone scored for the Braves in the 105th minute of play. Pollifrone shot from 20 yards out from the goal finding the back of the net. Bradley improved to 8-4-1 on the season.

The Panthers saw an increase in action on the offensive side of the field tonight. Collectively, the team took 10 shots with five on goal. Fabio Collado led EIU with three shots total with two of them on goal. Yann Nsoga, Erik Isaksson, and Federico Verlichi each had one shot on goal. Bradley only had six shots with three on goal. EIU fell to 2-6-5 on the season.

EIU returns home Saturday Oct. 14 at 1 p.m. for a conference match against Oral Roberts.
