GAME 25
Eastern Illinois gets set for its final two home games of the 2016-17 season as the Panthers host UT Martin on Thursday and Southeast Missouri on Saturday afternoon in a game nationally broadcast on American Sports Network.  EIU is coming off a home loss to Tennessee Tech after a come-from-behind road win last Thursday at Tennessee State.  EIU is now 11-13 overall, 3-8 in the OVC.  UT Martin has been the hottest team in the OVC West Division as they currently lead the OVC West with a 17-9 overall record, 7-4 in the conference.  UTM won the earlier meeting this season in double overtime, 82-71, in Martin, Tenn.

GOODWIN OFF THE BENCH
Montell Goodwin has posted back-to-back double figure scoring games in the last two outings after having back-to-back single figure games the prior week.  Goodwin scored  a team high 16 points against Tennessee Tech going 7-of-14 from the field.  He had 11 points last Thursday at Tennessee State.  Goodwin is second on the team averaging 14 points per game which ranks 17th in the OVC.  Goodwin is 11th in the OVC in 3-pointers made per game with a total of 52.

LEWIS SINKING 3-POINTERS
Terrell Lewis was 4-of-8 from 3-point range during Saturday's game with Tennessee Tech.  It was the fourth straight game that Lewis has drained multiple 3-pointers with a career high eight against SIU Edwardsville on Jan. 28.  Over the last four games Lewis is 17-of-36 from 3-point range (47.2 pct).  He now has 61 3-pointers this season to rank fifth in the OVC in 3-pointers made per game.  Lewis has 180 career 3-pointers which ranks sixth on the Panthers career list.  He needs 19 to move into a tie for fifth with Romain Martin.  In the Panthers Jan. 19 game at UT Martin, Lewis became EIU's career leader in assists.  He now has 436.
