GAME 30
Eastern Illinois wraps up the regular season at home this weekend as the Panthers host Jacksonville State on Thursday night and Tennessee Tech on Saturday. EIU enters the weekend having lost three straight as they fell below the .500 mark on the season for the first time since Dec. 1.  The Panthers did secure a spot in the upcoming OVC Tournament over the weekend as they now sit at 14-15 overall, 7-9 in the OVC.  Jacksonville State enters in a tie for third in the OVC race as the Gamecocks have won five straight to stand at 21-8 overall, 13-3 in the OVC.

WALLACE LEADS TEAM IN SCORING AT TSU
Josiah Wallace scored a team high 19 points on Saturday at Tennessee State as the sophomore leads the Panthers in scoring this season at 15 points per game.  It was the 15th time this season that Wallace has led the Panthers in scoring for a game.  His season high was 31 points against Arkansas State with all 31 coming in the second half and overtime period.  Wallace has five other games with 20 or more points this season as he ranks tied for ninth in the OVC in scoring this season.

REBOUNDING GUARDS
Mack Smith pulled down a team high seven rebounds last Saturday at Tennessee State as it marked the second straight game and seventh time overall this season that Smith has led the Panthers in rebounding in a game.  For the season Panther guards have led the team in rebounding in 16 games with five different guards finishing with game high honors during the year.  Two guards - Mack Smith and Ben Harvey - have both posted a double-double this season as they currently rank fourth and fifth on the team in rebounds per game this year.
