SKIPPER-BROWN WITH HIS SECOND DOUBLE-DOUBLE
Jordan Skipper-Brown had a big night on the boards for the second straight game as he pulled down ten rebounds against SIUE after a nine-rebound effort in the recent win over Morehead State. Against SIUE, Skipper-Brown added 12 points on 6-of-11 shooting as he collected his second double-double of the season. It was his sixth double figure scoring game of the season. Over the past five games he is averaging eight points per game while shooting 67 percent from the field.
MACK SMITH WITH A SEASON HIGH
Mack Smith scored 25 points on Thursday against SIUE as the junior cracked the 20 point mark in a game for the third time this season. He previously had a pair of 24 point outings against Green Bay and Milwaukee. It was the 12th time in his career that Smith has scored 20 or more in a game. He was 3-of-6 from 3-point range against the Cougars as he extended his streak of consecutive games with a made 3-pointer to 74 games, the second longest streak in NCAA Division I history. Smith is currently seventh on the EIU career 3-pointers made list with 196.
