2022 Softball Schedule

Tara Archibald has announced the Panthers schedule for the 2022 spring season. The schedule includes five in-season tournaments and 16 home games.
The schedule opens with play at the Rosemont Dome Tournament on Feb. 10-12 with EIU facing Western Michigan on Thursday, Feb. 10 in the season opener.
Additional in-season tournaments include a trip to the Alcorn State Classic in Vicksburg, Miss., the Mardi Gras Mambo in Youngsville, La., the Alabama State Black and Gold Tournament in Montgomery, Ala., and the SIU Saluki Invitational in Carbondale.
The Panthers will have three non-conference dates in addition to the in-season tournaments. EIU will play at Alabama on March 7 along with a doubleheader at IUPUI on March 16 and a home doubleheader with Purdue Fort Wayne on April 6.
EIU will host three-game series for Ohio Valley Conference play against Morehead State, Murray State, Austin Peay and Tennessee Tech. The Panthers will also host SIUE for an OVC doubleheader.
This year's OVC Tournament will be played in Oxford, Ala., on May 11-14.
