SPRINGFIELD, MO -- Eastern Illinois Men's Soccer fell 2-0 on the road to the Missouri State Bears on Wednesday evening. With the loss, the Panthers drop to 0-5 on the season.
MSU's Nicolo Mulatero scored for the Bears in the 14th minute off of a penalty kick to give the Bears a 1-0 halftime lead. In the second half, MSU's Simon Pedersen netted a goal in the 80th minute to seal the win.
Missouri State outshot the Panthers 13-4, including an 8-2 advantage in shots on goal.
