Eastern Illinois returns to the road on Thursday as the Panthers travel to UT Martin. EIU is coming off a stretch of four games in eight days with three of those contests against Murray State and Belmont. The Panthers have lost ten straight games and stand at 2-17 overall, 0-6 in the OVC. EIU will face a UT Martin team that is coming off a stretch of three games in five days. The Skyhawks won on Monday against SIUE to snap a five game losing skid. UTM enters at 7-13 overall, 3-5 in the OVC.
CHARLES CLIMBS EIU CAREER 3-POINTERS LIST
Kashawn Charles was back in double figures for the first time since early December as the guard finished with 17 points on Monday against Belmont. It was the fifth time this season that Charles has been in double figures and the 23rd time in his EIU career. Earlier this season Charles scored in double figures in four of the first five games he played leading the team in scoring for the early portion of the year. On Monday he drained four 3-pointers as he now has 131 for his career and ranks 12th on the EIU career list. Charles needs 12 3-pointers to move into the EIU career top ten.
BIZIMANA WITH 20 POINTS AGAIN

Paul Bizimana continues to produce for the Panthers as he scored in double figures for the third straight game on Monday with 20 points against Belmont. Last Thursday Bizimana had 22 points in the road loss at Murray State before scoring ten on Saturday against Southeast Missouri. He is averaging 6.5 points per game for the season but has increased that average to 17.3 points per game in the last three games. Over his last eight games, Bizimana is averaging 10.5 points per game with five double figure scoring games. In addition he has at least one block in six straight games and currently ranks 8th in the OVC with 14 blocks.
