INDIANAPOLIS – Charles Courteau picked up a win for the Eastern Illinois men's tennis team on Saturday afternoon as the Panthers lost a match 6-1 at IUPUI.
 
Courteau won his match at No. 3 singles over Colton Morehart 6-1, 6-1.
 
Christos Kyrillou pushed his contest at No. 2 singles for the Panthers before falling to Sean Bailey 7-6 (7-3), 6-4.
 
IUPUI opened the match winning the doubles point with wins at No. 1 and No. 3 doubles.  The Panthers match at No. 2 doubles featuring Kyrillou and Thomas Wallace was left unfinished. 
 
IUPUI would win five of the six singles matches to pick up the win.
 
EIU fell to 0-9 on the season. IUPUI moved to 2-7.
