BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Eastern Illinois women's tennis played the first of two weekend road matches falling 7-0 on Saturday afternoon at Big Ten member Indiana.

The Hoosiers opened by winning the doubles point with wins at No. 1 and No. 3 doubles.  The No. 2 doubles match featuring Addison Brown and Christine Gouws was left unfinished with Indiana leading 4-2.

In singles play Indiana won all six matches in two sets.  Gouws battled at No. 3 singles losing 6-4 in the opening set before losing 6-0 in the second.

Elizaveta Bukraba-Ulanova lost at No. 2 singles 6-3, 6-0.  Playing at No. 4 singles Brittany Steven lost 6-1, 6-2. 

EIU returns to play on Sunday evening at IUPUI.
