CHARLESTON, ILL -- Eastern Illinois men's soccer concluded the exhibition portion of their schedule with a 4-0 win over Parkland Community College at Lakeside Field on Wednesday afternoon.

Jude Spallinger got the scoring started for the Panthers with a goal off of a dual assist from Prince Okonny and Julian Smith to give the Panthers a 1-0 halftime advantage. 

EIU would add three more in the second half as Smith scored a goal in the 49th minute off of a pass from Lesago Maloma.  Okonny would score in the 61st minute of action, while Smith would add his second goal in the 73rd minute.

The Panthers took five shots on goal in the first half and registered nine in total for the game.

The Panthers play their opening match of the regular season at Green Bay on Thursday, August 25.  Kickoff is scheduled for 7 pm CT.
