MOREHEAD, Ky. – Eastern Illinois goalkeeper Daniela Bermeo turned away both Morehead State shots on goal on Thursday afternoon as the Panthers picked up a point in the Ohio Valley Conference race with a 0-0 draw at Morehead State.
 
Bermeo posted her fifth shutout of the season as EIU moved to 2-5-5 on the year, 0-3-1 in the OVC.   Morehead State exited the contest at 5-4-2, 2-0-1 in the OVC.
 
EIU would finish the match with a 14-10 shots advantage putting three shots on goal against Eagles goalkeeper Erin Gibbs who posted her second shutout this season.
 
Michaela Danyo, Jenna Little and Cam Korhorn were all credited with shots on goal for EIU in the contest. 
 
Korhorn had a total of five shots in the match with Danyo finishing with four.
 
Erin Fite and Hadley Cytron had the shots on goal for MSU.
 
It marked the second straight season the two teams have played to a draw in their OVC match.
