Complete 2024 Schedule

Eastern Illinois softball has released its 2024 schedule which opens with four in-season tournaments and includes five Ohio Valley Conference series at Williams Field this spring.
 
The Panthers won the Ohio Valley Conference Tournament last year making the program's first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance at the Division I level.
 
The season opens at the Mardi Gras Mambo in Louisiana on Feb.9-11 with the Panthers set to face UT Arlington, Green Bay, North Dakota, Montana and Providence in their bracket.
 
EIU then travels to the West Coast to play in the San Diego Classic on Feb. 16-18.  The tournament field includes Colorado State, Long Island, Southern Utah and host San Diego.
 
The end of February wraps up at the Western Kentucky Tournament on Feb.23-25.  Teams in the WKU field include the host Hilltoppers, Saint Louis and Detroit Mercy.
 
EIU's final in-season tournament will be at the Alabama State Tournament on Feb. 29-March 3.  The Panthers will play Bryant, Jacksonville State and Alabama State over the course of four days.
 
Ohio Valley Conference play opens on the road this season for EIU with the Panthers playing at Southeast Missouri (March 9-10).   Additional OVC road series will be at SIUE, Southern Indiana and Morehead State.
 
The home opener at Williams Field will be March 16 against UT Martin for an OVC series.   EIU will also host Western Illinois, Tennessee State, Tennessee Tech and Lindenwood at home in conference play.
 
EIU's non-conference schedule wraps up with games at IUPUI, Purdue, Valparaiso and Indiana State.
 
This year's Ohio Valley Conference Tournament will be played at the Louisville Slugger Sports Complex in Peoria, Illinois from May 8-11.
