CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky. – Eastern Illinois men's tennis had its two match win streak snapped on Friday afternoon as the Panthers fell 6-1 on the road at Northern Kentucky.

Max Pilipovic-Kljajic picked up the win for the Panthers sliding into the play at No. 6 singles. Pilipovic-Kljajic won his match 7-5, 7-6 (9-7) over Vincent Knott.

Pau Riera pushed his singles match to three sets at No. 3 singles against Bartosz Losiak. Riera won the opening set 6-3 but lost the next two sets 6-1, 6-0.

In doubles play NKU won the doubles point with wins at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles.

The No. 1 doubles match was left unfinished after the Norse clinched the point.Â
