Eastern Illinois women's team battled in doubles on Wednesday afternoon but lost that point and the overall match to Chicago State, 7-0.
 
The Panthers lost all three doubles contests but fell 6-4 in both the No. 1 and No. 2 doubles spots in the order.
 
Addison Brown and Aleyla Wooten teamed together to play at No. 1 doubles for EIU.  Michelle Kostadinova and Charleigh Fay were paired playing at No. 2 doubles for the Panthers.
 
In singles play, Brown pushed her match at No. 1 singles against Manuella Eloundou falling 7-5, 6-1.
 
Fay lost at No. 4 singles to Amina Taibi, 6-4, 6-2
 
Luisa Renovales Salazar played at No. 5 singles falling to Ethel Li,  6-0, 6-4
